The industrial heating products we manufacture are used globally by industrious companies across hundreds of manufacturing processes. Applications include but are not limited to press heaters, fan de-icing, food processing, packaging and sealing, IBC heaters, gas bottle heaters, cosmetics manufacturing, wood forming and by extension guitar and ski forming.
Holroyd heaters are used in manufacturing industrial equipment that requires heating such as dies or extruders. This is extended to the heating of vacuum beds and presses to aid the manufacture of a range of products. Holroyd heaters are also used in the production of many cosmetic products including shampoos, make up and face creams.
These heaters are used to heat the platens of various presses, our silicone wire wound heaters provide a robust solution to this application. By using extra layers of silicone with the power leads in thickness the heaters are well suited to deal with the pressure from the platens. These heaters are often shaped at acute angles and supplied with holes or cut outs. We actually use these heaters on our own hydraulic presses here at Holroyd.
