If you need to heat metal drums and containers quickly and effectively, the HTSD (High Temperature Side Drum heater) is an excellent choice. This industrial drum heater is a high-performance insulated heating jacket that can deliver more power and heat than the HISD Drum Heating Jacket. The HTSD is made of strong and durable materials that can resist wear and tear and provide optimal thermal insulation.

The heating jacket also has adjustable straps and buckles that make it easy to fit and secure on a variety of drum sizes The HTSD can be used for various industrial applications, such as melting, heating, curing, sterilizing and more.

To ensure accurate and safe temperature regulation, the drum heater comes with either a capillary or a digital thermostat that can be adjusted to your desired setting. The capillary thermostat uses a liquid-filled sensor to measure the temperature and switch the heater on or off accordingly. The digital thermostat uses PT100 sensor which relays back to the digital thermostat. This thermostat has a digital display and buttons to set and monitor the temperature with high precision.

The drum heater is ideal for situations where rapid and high-temperature heating is required. A standard stock range suitable for 25L -200L drums is available within a few days. Bespoke drum heater jackets can be manufactured to suit the diameter and height of the vessel in your application.
