Our flat ceramic heating elements consist of a helix coiled nickel chrome resistance wire that is encapsulated by high temperature insulation material. This design provides an optimal solution for a wide range of industrial heating applications that demand temperatures of up to 500°C.
Holroyd flat panel ceramic heaters can be supplied with mounting holes which are used to bolt/clamp the heater within the application. This is required to ensure that direct contact is made with the heatsink.
