Ceramic Heaters

At Holroyd, we produce high-quality Calcium Silicate Ceramic flat panel heater plates that can deliver high power densities for rapid heating.

Our flat ceramic heating elements consist of a helix coiled nickel chrome resistance wire that is encapsulated by high temperature insulation material. This design provides an optimal solution for a wide range of industrial heating applications that demand temperatures of up to 500°C.

Holroyd flat panel ceramic heaters can be supplied with mounting holes which are used to bolt/clamp the heater within the application. This is required to ensure that direct contact is made with the heatsink.

Our ceramic panel heaters can be designed with bespoke shapes and dimensions. The ceramic heater plates are customisable to suit applications with a broad range of voltages and wattages.
