GRP Heating Blanket

Holroyd GRP/GRE heating blankets are designed for the fast curing and joining of PE & GRE Pipes as well as being used in a variety of other purposes (i.e. curing GRP, GFRP, RTR and FRP).

These pipe curing heaters are designed using durable, flexible and lightweight materials with the ability to heat to a maximum temperature of 180°C. The heaters come without insulation and can easily be wrapped around the pipes. This results in perfect contact and even heat distribution. The heaters are also supplied with graded heat zones in some sizes to allow precise even heating around the circumference of the pipe.

Holroyd GRP/GRE heaters come installed with either a bimetal limiter or PT100 sensor (which requires a separate temperature controller). Alternatively, we can supply an inline digital thermostat with a simple plug and socket for an easy to use control system.

Our heaters are available in many standard sizes with different outputs and bespoke specifications are available on request.

Current Applications
